We do not use breakout rooms during the training.

Breakout rooms typically place participants into small groups without direct expert supervision.

When dozens of rooms are running at the same time, it is not possible for trainers to properly observe each interaction, correct mistakes, or ensure safe and accurate application. This can unintentionally reinforce confusion or ineffective habits.

Instead, the 3-day program focuses on building real understanding first — through live demonstrations, guided analysis, and learning how to recognise the processes that drive change. You are not asked to “try it out” before you know what you are doing.

After the training, you are invited into an established community of A.C.H. practitioners where you can practise with others who share the same framework and understanding.
